Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Times:
All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier limitations, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically, standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. For delivery in the 48 contiguous states, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Express Delivery: Express orders placed before 2 PM ET are usually delivered within 2-3 business days to the 48 contiguous states. Orders placed after 2 PM ET may take an additional day.

Depending on the item’s location, one of our preferred carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, will fulfill your order.

Next Day Delivery Option:
For “Express Delivery” items, we offer next-day shipping within the 48 contiguous states (excluding PO boxes and military bases). Orders placed before 2 PM ET with next-day delivery will typically arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET will generally arrive in two business days.

Note: Delivery estimates do not apply to international orders, which may vary by country.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you with tracking information. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after shipping. While we strive to minimize additional fees, we cannot guarantee against unexpected charges.


Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and ownership of items you purchase from Kool Kicks 513 transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for items not received will be subject to an investigation and may require a signed affidavit before we can address your claim. We may replace products or credit your account at our discretion.


Cancellation Policy

Sneaker Orders:
You may cancel your sneaker order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first. Once 3 hours have passed or the seller has confirmed the order, cancellations are no longer possible. If neither has occurred, log into your account, select “My Orders,” and click “Cancel Order” to follow the instructions.


Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Kool Kicks 513 are final.

Fulfillment Errors:
